  • Information Gluten-free foods are a) dietary foods consisting of or made only from one or more ingredients which do not contain wheat (i.e. all Triticum species, such as durum wheat, spelt, and khorasan wheat), rye, barley, oats or their crossbred varieties, and the gluten level does not exceed 20 mg/kg in total, based on the food as sold or distributed to the consumer, and/or b) consisting of one or more ingredients from wheat, rye, barley, oats or their crossbred varieties, which have been specially processed to remove gluten, and the gluten level does not exceed 20 mg/kg in total, based on the food as sold or distributed to the consumer.

  • Information Les aliments exempts de gluten sont des aliments diététiques: a) composés ou fabriqués uniquement à partir d'un ou plusieurs ingrédients qui ne contiennent pas de blé (à savoir toutes les espèces de Triticum, telles que le blé dur, l'épeautre et le blé de Khorasan), de seigle, d'orge, d'avoine ou de leurs variétés croisées, dont la teneur en gluten ne dépasse pas 20 mg/kg au total, sur la base des aliments tels que vendus ou distribués au consommateur final, et/ou b) constitués d'un ou plusieurs ingrédients issus du blé, de seigle, d'orge, d'avoine ou de leurs variétés croisées, qui ont été traités spécialement pour retirer le gluten, et dont la teneur en gluten ne dépasse pas 20 mg/kg au total, sur la base des aliments tels que vendus ou distribués au consommateur final.

  • Information Los alimentos exentos de gluten son alimentos dietéticos que: a) están constituidos por, o son elaborados únicamente con, uno o más ingredientes que no contienen trigo (es decir, todas las especies de Triticum, como el trigo duro, la espelta y el trigo “khorasan”), el centeno, la cebada, la avena o sus variedades híbridas, y cuyo contenido de gluten no sobrepasa los 20 mg/kg en total, medido en los alimentos tal como se venden o distribuyen al consumidor; b) están constituidos por uno o más ingredientes procedentes del trigo, el centeno, la cebada, la avena o sus variedades híbridas que han sido procesados de forma especial para eliminar el gluten, y cuyo contenido de gluten no sobrepasa los 20 mg/kg en total, medido en los alimentos tal como se venden o distribuyen al consumidor.
