  • Information Grupo de dermatosis autoinmunitarias crónicas caracterizadas por la formación de ampollas en la piel y las mucosas. Se desconocen las causas exactas, pero se sabe que la enfermedad está mediada por autoanticuerpos frente a diversos componentes de los desmosomas. Se han caracterizado tres formas clínicas: pénfigo vulgar, pénfigo foliáceo y pénfigo vegetante; pero existen también otras variantes.

  • Information Le pemphigus est un groupe de maladies cutanées auto-immunes chroniques caractérisées par la formation de phlyctènes sur la peau et les membranes muqueuses. Les causes exactes de la maladie sont inconnues, mais elle fait intervenir des autoanticorps dirigés contre les molécules du desmosome. Trois formes cliniques ont été documentées. Le pemphigus vulgaris, le pemphigus foliacé et le pemphigus végétant. D’autres variants existent, tels que la dermatose intercellulaire à IgA et le pemphigus paranéoplasique.

  • Information Pemphigus is a group of chronic autoimmune skin diseases characterised by blister formation on the skin and the mucous membranes. The exact causes of the disease are unknown but the disease is mediated by auto-antibodies to desmosome components. Three clinical forms have been characterised. Pemphigus vulgaris, pemphigus foliaceus and pemphigus vegetans. Other variants exist.
