Definition

  • Information Aditivo alimentario: Toda sustancia que no se consume normalmente en cuanto tal como alimento ni se usa tampoco como ingrediente básico en alimentos, tenga o no valor nutritivo, y cuya adición intencionada a un alimento con f ines tecnológicos (incluidos los organolépticos) en sus fases de fabricación, elaboración, preparación, tratamiento, envasado, empaquetado, transporte o almacenamiento resulte, o pueda preverse razonablemente que resulte, directa o indirectamente, en que la substancia o sus subproductos se conviertan en un componente del alimento o afecten de otro modo a sus características. Este término no incluye los contaminantes ni las sustancias añadidas a un alimento para mantener o mejorar las cualidades nutricionales.

  • Information Food additive means any substance not normally consumed as a food by itself and not normally used as a typical ingredient of the food, whether or not it has nutritive value, the intentional addition of which to food for a technological (including organoleptic) purpose in the manufacture, processing, preparation, treatment, packing, packaging, transport or holding of such food results, or may be reasonably expected to result, (directly or indirectly) in it or its byproducts becoming a component of or otherwise affecting the characteristics of such foods. The term does not include “contaminants” or substances added to food for maintaining or improving nutritional qualities.

  • Information On entend par additif alimentaire toute substance qui n’est pas normalement consommée en tant que denrée alimentaire en soi et n’est pas normalement utilisée comme ingrédient caractéristique d’une denrée alimentaire, qu’elle ait ou non une valeur nutritive, et dont l’addition intentionnelle à la denrée alimentaire, dans un but technologique ou organoleptique, à une quelconque étape de la fabrication, de la transformation, de la préparation, du traitement, du conditionnement, de l’emballage, du transport ou du stockage de ladite denrée, entraîne ou peut entraîner (directement ou indirectement) son incorporation ou celle de ses dérivés dans la denrée ou peut affecter d’une autre façon les caractéristiques de ladite denrée. L’expression ne s’applique ni aux contaminants ni aux substances ajoutées aux denrées alimentaires dans le but d’en maintenir ou améliorer les propriétés nutritives.

Данный термин не включает в себя загрязняющие примеси или вещества, добавляемые в пищевые продукты для сохранения или улучшения питательных качеств.
