  • Information Adjuvant tehnologic înseamnă orice substanță sau material, cu excepția aparatajului sau ustensilelor, care nu se consumă ca ingredient alimentar în sine, se utilizează intenționat în prelucrarea materiilor prime, a produselor alimentare sau a ingredientelor acestora pentru a îndeplini un anumit obiectiv tehnologic în cursul tratării sau prelucrării și care poate avea ca rezultat prezența neintenționată, dar inevitabilă, a reziduurilor sau a derivaților în produsul finit.
