  • Information Canned fruits are the products prepared from substantially sound fruits, fresh, frozen, thermally processed, or processed by other physical methods, having reached appropriate maturity for processing. None of their essential characteristic elements are removed from them. They undergo operations such as washing, peeling, coring, stemming, grading, cutting, etc., depending on the type of product. They are processed in an appropriate manner, before or after being hermetically sealed in a container, so as to prevent spoilage and to ensure product stability in normal storage conditions at ambient temperature.

  • Information La désignation de « fruits en conserve » désigne les produits préparés à partir de fruits substantiellement sains, frais, surgelés, ayant subi un traitement thermique ou un autre traitement physique, tels que définis aux annexes correspondantes, et présentant un degré de maturité approprié à la transformation. Les fruits ne sont privés d’aucun de leurs éléments caractéristiques essentiels. Ils sont soumis à des opérations telles que lavage, épluchage, calibrage, coupe, etc. en fonction du type de produit. Traités par la chaleur d’une façon appropriée avant ou après conditionnement dans un récipient hermétiquement scellé afin d’en empêcher la détérioration et d’assurer la stabilité du produit dans des conditions normales d’entreposage à température ambiante.

  • Information Se entiende por frutas en conserva el producto preparado a partir de frutas sanas, frescas, congeladas, procesadas térmicamente o procesadas por otros métodos físicos según se definen en los anexos correspondientes y que hayan alcanzado un grado de madurez adecuado para su elaboración. Deberán estar lavadas y preparadas correctamente, según el producto a elaborar, pero sin que se elimine ninguno de sus elementos característicos esenciales. Según el tipo de producto a elaborar, pueden someterse a operaciones de lavado, pelado, clasificación (calibrado/cribado/tamizado), corte, etc.. Tratado térmicamente de manera apropiada, antes o después de haber sido cerrado herméticamente en un envase para evitar su deterioro y para asegurar la estabilidad del producto en condiciones normales de almacenamiento a temperatura ambiente.
