  • Information Aptitude d’une entreprise ou d’un groupe d’entreprises à influer sur le prix ou l’offre d’un produit sur le marché, au lieu d’être uniquement soumis(e) aux forces concurrentielles en présence sur ce marché. Les entreprises dotées d’un grand pouvoir de marché peuvent faire augmenter les prix au-dessus des niveaux concurrentiels et limiter la production ou exclure certains concurrents. Cela se produit souvent sur les marchés qui se caractérisent par une forte concentration (soit un petit nombre d’entreprises dominantes)
